Here's a fun ATC for you, using the Sunday Best stamp from my own Thank Heavens UM stamp sheet - very quick to do, and you can use up your favourite scraps of patterned papers too!
I stamped the image twice - once on smooth white card, using black Staz-On ink - and again onto scrapbooking paper. Then all I had to do was cut out around the coat and mount that onto the first image. Finally, I cut round the image using a deckle edged paper cutter, and mounted that to the same patterned paper, again cut with the same deckle edge.
This would make a great topper for a card when in a hurry - or even a row of little girls, all with different papers for the dresses.
