NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

Have you made any resolutions yet? This year, I'm trying to make some resolutions I'll actually be able to keep!
  1. Make more time for some personal time
  2. Journaling
  3. Stop feeling guilty if I want to just sit and read a book

Personal time
You need this! You know you do - even if it's only a half-hour soak in bubblebath.

Journaling
This is a good way of destressing, even if it's only doodling and messing around with some colour pencils

Reading
Good for you, and great for destressing - and if it's a book or magazine on art, so much the better! You'll find new ideas and inspiration, and if you've hit a bit of a blank spot with your art, this might just get you started again.

Other stuff
Losing weight, all that usual after-Christmas stuff? If I can, I will - but I'm not making resolutions, so I won't feel guilty if I don't keep them!
